About
Our office managers are the backbone of our offices, and are the first point of contact when clients call or e-mail the front desk. They can expertly explain how our services work, answer questions about our current programs, or book you an appointment. They are responsible for day-to-day administrative duties that keep the offices running smoothly and provide ongoing support to all other staff members. They are happy to help clients – current or new – to make the most of their experience at Options Solutions.
Melodie uses her expert customer service skills, and her proven problem-solving abilities to ensure all our clients receive the answers and assistance they need. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Calgary majoring in cellular, molecular and microbial biology with a minor in English. Melodie worked in the sales industry for 12 years, moving to BC in 1993. She spent the first 10 years as a sales representative and a sales manager for Nelson Thomson Learning selling course textbooks to university and college professors in western Canada and Ontario. The last 2 years she was a pharmaceutical sales representative visiting BC physicians.
Melodie raised her two children in the White Rock area and was a volunteer with the South Surrey White Rock Pesticide Free Coalition (working with the Canadian Cancer Society) and the White Rock South Surrey Baseball Association.
